🏉 Interested in Becoming a Rugby Referee?

Munster Rugby is currently looking to recruit new referees across the province, and Thomond RFC would love to hear from anyone interested in getting involved.

This may particularly suit former players who would like to stay involved in rugby, or any club member who would be interested in actively taking up refereeing.

⚠️ Please note: this is not an Affiliate Referee course or a course for players/coaches simply looking to further their rugby knowledge. It is specifically for people who would like to try refereeing and potentially become an active referee.

With referee numbers under pressure each week, every additional referee makes a real difference in helping ensure fixtures across all levels can go ahead.

The next New Referee Course takes place:

📍 Pavilion, UL, Limerick
📅 Saturday, 24th October 2026
⏰ 11:00am – 3:00pm
